1. We undertake to review our policies continually, so that they meet the changing needs of Residents according to their health status and expectations.

   legislation and allow access to these records by Residents or their responsible next of kin.
3. We undertake to maintain a centre of excellence and to provide the highest quality of care to all our Residents.
4. We undertake to provide Contracts of Care containing clear information on the services available and the Terms and Conditions and that a contract is entered into by mutual consent.
