Social Rooms
Our home welcomes visitors at any time. Preferably, visits should not coincide with meal times. Relatives are encouraged to visit frequently and where possible, take their loved one out for the day, for tea or just for a drive; the seaside is only a few kilometres away.
The reception hall leads to the main lounge and other smaller sitting areas and offers very pleasant surroundings for reading, conversation and for Residents to enjoy afternoon tea with their visitors. Further day rooms offer a plasma screen television with DVD facilities, a smoking room is also provided.
Chaplains and Priests visit and conduct their respective Services on a regular basis. The Chapel is located off the main entrance hall. Mass is celebrated twice weekly and daily when we have a priest in residence. Evening prayer is celebrated in the Chapel and a Eucharistic Ministers attend twice a week. Our Pastoral Carer visits twice weekly.
